The Outreach integration for Default lets workflows add prospects to Outreach sequences. An admin connects Outreach once for the whole workspace.
Select Settings in the sidebar, then Connections under Workspace Settings, and open Outreach. Admin access is required.

Connect Outreach

1

Open the Outreach card

Select the Outreach card on the Connections page.
2

Authorize the connection

Select Connect and approve the Outreach sign-in popup.

What you can do

Add prospects to Outreach sequences with the Add to Outreach Sequence node in workflows. See Sequencing nodes. Map each Default user to their Outreach Mailbox ID in Users, so prospects are added with the right sender.

Manage or disconnect

Once connected, the card shows a check mark. Select the card, then Disconnect on the detail page to remove it.
