Admins manage workspace membership on the Users page. Here you can invite teammates, change roles, and open each member’s profile, availability, integration mappings, and notification preferences.
Open Settings from the Dock, the app bar at the bottom of the screen. Then select Users under Workspace Settings. You need admin access to invite members, change roles, or remove users.

Tabs

The page has up to three tabs above the table:
  • Members lists every workspace member. A badge shows the member count.
  • Pending lists sent invitations that are not yet accepted. Admins only.
  • Mappings shows an integration-mapping grid, with members as rows and connected providers as columns. Admins only.

Toolbar

The toolbar sits above the members table and has three controls.

Inviting a teammate

Open the invite dialog

Select Invite People in the toolbar. The Invite to workspace dialog opens.
2

Add one or more recipients

Type an email address and press Enter to stage it. Default validates each address. You can also select Import CSV to add emails from a file. If Salesforce or HubSpot is connected, use Add from Salesforce or Add from HubSpot to add people from your CRM.
3

Set roles

Pick a default role next to the input: Admin, Member, or Viewer. Each staged recipient also has their own role selector on their chip.
4

Send the invitations or copy a link

Select Send to email the invitations. Default confirms with an Invite sent toast, or a count when you invite more than one person. When exactly one recipient is staged, you can select Copy link instead. Share the link manually, for example in Slack.
5

Close the dialog

Select Done when you’re finished. The new member appears in the table once they accept the invitation.

Members table

The table lists every workspace member with their profile details and integration status. Each row shows: The table can also show a Permissions column after Status. If you see this column, your workspace enforces granular access grants, and the three-dot row menu shows Manage access. Select the three-dot menu on a row that you have permission to edit. Choose Edit to open that member’s detail page. The table shows 10, 20, or 50 rows per page. Use the Previous and Next buttons or the rows per page selector at the bottom of the table.

Bulk actions

Select one or more members with the checkboxes to show the bulk-action bar. The bar shows the number of selected members and offers these actions: Selections persist across pages. You can select members on more than one page and act on the combined set.

Member detail pages

Selecting Edit from a member’s row opens their detail page. The page has two main sections: User Details and a User Settings nav list that links to three sub-pages.

User details

The User Details section shows the member’s profile. Admins who edit another member can also update that profile here.
If the member has no calendar connected, a Calendar not connected warning appears. It prompts you to send the member a reminder to connect one.
Admins also see a Danger Zone section on the page. Select Remove User to remove the member from the workspace. You cannot remove yourself. Select Save Changes in the action bar to commit any changes. Default confirms with a success message.

User settings nav

Below User Details, a User Settings nav list links to three sub-pages for the member. The links appear in this order:
  1. Integrations: maps the member’s Default user to their IDs in connected third-party tools.
  2. Availability & OOO: manages the member’s working hours and out-of-office blocks.
  3. User Notifications: manages the member’s notification channel and type preferences.

Integrations

The Integrations sub-page shows an Integration Mappings form. Each card represents a connected workspace integration and lets you map the Default user to their corresponding ID in that system. Only providers your workspace has connected appear. Some integrations show a searchable picker that loads the live user list from that system. For example, you can search Salesforce users by name instead of entering a raw ID. Default validates the mapping value on blur and shows an error if it cannot find the ID.
The Integrations sub-page maps CRM and sequencing identities only. It does not set up a member’s calendar or conferencing OAuth connection. You connect calendars (Google Calendar, Outlook) and conferencing providers (Zoom, Google Meet) at the workspace level under Workspace Settings → Integrations. You set the member’s active conferencing preference in the Conferencing Setup field on the Edit page.
Select Save Changes in the action bar to commit mapping changes.

Availability & OOO

The Availability & OOO sub-page shows the same availability form as the member’s own Availability & OOO user setting. Admins view it in an admin context. The form covers personal scheduling preferences, the member’s primary calendar, and links to their Working Hours and Out of Office sub-pages. Scheduling preferences include pre and post meeting buffers, notice period, and vacation mode. See Availability & OOO in User Settings for a full walkthrough of each control.

User notifications

The User Notifications sub-page shows the member’s notification settings. It has the same channel tabs (In-App, Slack, Mail, SMS) and notification-type toggles the member sees in their own settings. Admin changes here take effect for that member within the limits set by Workspace Notifications. See Notifications in User Settings for a full walkthrough of the channel and type controls.
