A form submission doesn’t have to end at “thanks for submitting.” You can hand the visitor straight into booking time on a calendar, in the same session, while their intent is still fresh.

Set it up

In the workflow attached to your form’s Form Submission trigger, add a Display Scheduler step and choose the scheduler or event type it should offer. Everything else — showing the calendar, handling the booking, and notifying the right people — is handled for you.
The form needs to be approved and wired to a workflow first. See Your forms.

What the visitor sees

They submit the form, a brief loading state appears in your branding, and a calendar opens without leaving the page. They pick a time, and the booking is recorded against their record. If your Display Scheduler step points at a page redirect instead, they’re sent to that page and the calendar appears there. Embedding the form in your own code? The integration guide covers how to control where the calendar appears.
