Connecting a provider
Selecting a provider card opens its detail page, where you can connect, manage, or disconnect it.1
Open the provider
Select the provider’s card. Its detail page shows what the integration does and how to connect it.
2
Authorize the connection
Select Connect. Most providers open a secure sign-in popup, where you approve the access Default
needs. A few providers (such as Apollo) ask for an API key instead of opening a popup.
3
Manage or disconnect
Once connected, Connect becomes Manage, and a Disconnect option appears on the detail
page. Disconnecting removes the integration from your workspace.
Access by role
The Integrations page is open to everyone, but what each person can do depends on their role.
Members land directly on their Calendar options, where they can connect their own Google Calendar or
Outlook Calendar. Opening any other provider shows a permission message.
Members connect their own calendar and conferencing here on the Integrations page. Admins can also set
or update a member’s calendar connection from that member’s Integrations tab inside Users.
