Connecting Gong (Gong Engage) lets Default add contacts to Gong Engage flows from workflows. Gong is
connected once for the whole workspace by an admin.
Open Settings from the Dock (the app bar at the bottom of the screen), then select
Integrations under Workspace Settings and open Gong. Admin access is required.
Connect Gong
Open the Gong card
Select the Gong card on the Integrations page.
Authorize the connection
Select Connect and approve the Gong sign-in popup.
What you can do
Add contacts to Gong Engage flows using the sequencing step in workflows.
Manage or disconnect
Connect becomes Manage once connected. Select Disconnect on the detail page to remove it.
