# Enrichment providers

> Connect the providers behind enrichment Waterfalls and Website Intent visitor identification.

Default works with a range of enrichment providers. Access to them is managed by Default, so there is no API
key to obtain or paste. Turn on the providers you want, then use them as sources in your enrichment
[Waterfalls](/settings/configurations/waterfalls), which fill in fields on your **Company** and **Person**
records.

<Note>
  Open **Settings** from the **Dock** (the app bar at the bottom of the screen), then select
  **Integrations** under **Workspace Settings**, then the **Enrichment** or **Website Intent** category.
  Admin access is required.
</Note>

## How enrichment providers work

<Steps>
  <Step title="Turn the provider on">
    Select the provider on the Integrations page and turn it on. If a provider is not available to your
    workspace, contact Default to have it enabled. **Vector** is the one provider that needs more than
    this, see [Website Intent](#website-intent).
  </Step>

  <Step title="Add it to a Waterfall">
    Once connected, the provider is available to add to a [Waterfall](/settings/configurations/waterfalls).
    Waterfalls try providers one by one and accept the first result.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Manage or turn it off">
    Select **Manage** on a provider's card at any time to review it or turn it back off.
  </Step>
</Steps>

## Available providers

### Person and company enrichment

Fill in contact and company details.

| Provider                   | What it adds                                |
| -------------------------- | ------------------------------------------- |
| **Clearbit** | Company and contact attributes. |
| **People Data Labs (PDL)** | Person and company data. |
| **Icypeas** | Email finding and verification. |
| **Wiza** | Contact details, including verified emails. |

### Website Intent

Identify the companies and visitors behind anonymous website traffic (pairs with the [Pixel](/settings/pixel)). On the Integrations page these providers are grouped under their own **Website Intent** category, separate from Enrichment.

Website Intent providers are available at an additional cost. Speak to the Default CS team to learn more.

| Provider            | What it does                                                                |
| ------------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Clearbit Reveal** | Identifies companies visiting your site. |
| **Demandbase** | Identifies companies visiting your site. |
| **Vector** | Identifies visitors and buying intent. Needs setup on your site, see below. |

<Note>
  **Vector** is not finished once you turn it on. It identifies visitors from your own site's pixel
  and delivers them to Default in batches, so it also needs your Default pixel public key set as its
  `partnerId` and its `contact.visited` events pointed at Default. Until both are in place, Vector
  shows as on but sends nothing. Ask your Default team for the endpoint details.
</Note>

### Email and location

| Provider                      | What it adds                             |
| ----------------------------- | ---------------------------------------- |
| **Abstract Email Reputation** | Validates and scores email addresses. |
| **Abstract Geolocation** | Adds location detail from an IP address. |

[Apollo](/settings/integrations/apollo) can also be used as an enrichment source.
